All of our animals come with a live arrival guarantee!

SHIPPING is currently on an individual basis, please reach out for a shipping quote so we can provide you with the cheapest, safest, and fastest method to bring your fish home to you!
Shipping days are Monday/Tuesday and some Wednesdays as weather/holidays allow. Shipping days are subject to change, check announcement bar for any shipping warnings or announcements. All shipments are overnight only during the winter months.
Your fish will be well insulated and tightly packed in a styro lined shipper. Hot/cold/or phase packs will be used whenever needed, we check your weather!
Any live shipments that arrive deceased will be replaced with a comparable fish, or refund of the full purchase price. Sorry shipping is not refundable.
Replacement fish are shipped at buyers expense.
You must notify us within 1 hour of arrival that you have a DOA. DOA must be claimed by sending 2 clear pictures of the animal deceased in the unopened bag. Open bags cannot be claimed for DOA. Please send an email to info@aquazoic.com to begin a DOA claim or use the contact tab.
Fish will not be shipped when the weather in origin or destination is below 40f or into the 90f temps. We reserve the right to hold all shipments as long as necessary for more favorable weather conditions (too cold, too hot, storms etc) in your area or ours. We will always reach out to make appropriate arrangements with you!
Unfortunately, cost of shipping is NON REFUNDABLE as we flow these costs directly to shipping carriers.
