Shipping policy
All of our animals come with a live arrival guarantee!
- Shipping days are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesdays as weather/holidays allow. Shipping days are subject to change, check announcement bar at the top of the home page for ship dates. All shipments are overnight only during the winter months.
- Your fish will be well insulated, tightly packed, in a styro lined shipper. Heat/cold/crypacks will be used whenever needed.

Any live shipments that arrive deceased will be replaced with a comparable fish, or refund of the full purchase price. Sorry shipping is not refundable.
- Replacement fish are shipped at buyers expense.

You must notify us within 1 hour of arrival that you have a DOA. DOA must be claimed by sending 2 clear pictures of the animal deceased in the unopened bag. Open bags cannot be claimed for DOA. Please send an email to Aquazoic@aol.com to begin a DOA claim.
- Fish will not be shipped when the weather in origin or destination is below 40f or above 90f. We reserve the right to hold all shipments as long as necessary for unfavorable weather conditions (too cold, too hot, storms etc) in your area or ours.
- Unfortunately, cost of shipping is NON REFUNDABLE.
