Refund policy
All of our Aquatics come with a live arrival guarantee!
We have great success shipping fish and other aquatics. But unfortunately accidents can happen when they are in the postal system. We do everything in our power to mitigate any shipping issues or failures that may occur, as well as packaging for late deliveries. If you need to start a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Please take 2 clear photos of the deceased fish, send to Aquazoic@aol.com.
- Fish must be presented for refund within an hour of delivery.
- Fish must be presented in the bags they were shipped in.
- Please indicate if you would like another fish shipped or a refund for the purchase price.
Sorry, fish outside of the 1 hour delivery time &/or removed from their shipping bags are not eligible for refund. The cost of shipping is NON refundable. Any replacement fish are shipped at the buyers expense.
